All in stock items will ship within 7 business days, most likely much sooner. Some items are made to order and will have the production time listed on their product page. You will be notified as soon as your package has been shipped with tracking information.
All orders will ship using USPS. Packages that way under 1lbs will ship USPS First Class Mail and Orders that weigh over 1lbs will ship USPS Priority Mail. If you have special shipping request please email us. We want you to receive your order safely without interruptions.
Red Clouds Collective is happy to ship anywhere in the world. We use USPS for Domestic and International Orders, but we are happy to make special arrangements if needed. We are here to help if you have any questions, feel free to email us: firstname.lastname@example.org
Red Clouds Collective will not accept responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged goods. Once your order has shipped it is in the hands of the carrier and is their responsibility to delivery your package safely. Any disputes need to be taken up with the carrier by the customer. We are happy to help if you need assistance to file a claim.
Returns / Exchanges
The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the returned item. Red Clouds Collective will cover shipping costs of the exchanged item back to the customer.
Undeliverable Packages / Returned To Sender
If your package was undeliverable and returned to us you are responsible for the new shipping fee. We will contact you as soon as your package has arrived and we will make arrangements for the new shipment.
