Backpacking Cooking Demonstration
At the recent Stay Wild EXPO, travel writer and international mountain guide Charlotte Austin wore our Winston Apron while leading a backcountry cooking demonstration (sponsored by Snow Peak and Muir Energy) at the World Forestry Center in Portland, Oregon. Her crew cooked berry cobbler in a cast iron skillet over a camp stove, slung mimosas, and generally rocked a hand-made brunch.
